Is Mapathon part of the organization? Project Mission Maps, recognized in 2014, can "create digital maps of "forgotten" destinations on earth through crowdsourcing"

The non-governmental organization "Doctors Without Borders" (Doctors Without Borders) will hold a "Missing Map Marathon" with volunteers from all over Southeast Asia on August 1 (Saturday).

Is Mapathon part of the organization? Undertake the mission map, which was recognized in 2014 and can be crowdsourced to "create a digital map of the "forgotten" sites on the earth.

Then, you can get used to using these maps to better plan opportunity reduction and catastrophe response routines. For locations that have never been mapped under any circumstances, do this.

The marathon uses a resource called OpenStreetMap. Volunteers are responsible for placing detailed information on the map, which is then confirmed online by experienced remote cartographers, and then confirmed locally by volunteers.

This year, the organization hopes to approach Nigeria.

Four cases were passed by msf hong kong police, but no one in the SAR was known to have sent money to the scammers. An investigation is now being run from Western District police station.

Decins Sans Frontires said that the company started working in Nigeria in 1971 in response to the Biafra conflict. Since then, the state has actually been assisting in various health and fitness emergencies, such as malnutrition, measles, malaria, meningitis C, cholera, and direct poisoning.

The marathon will be concentrated in the case of Niger, where the company claimed that "measles broke out ten years ago and attracted public attention."

The company said: With just a few clicks and using some labels, whether you are a beginner or a qualified cartographer, you can set up remote communities in Nigeria on the map.

The Executive Director of Doctors Without Borders Hong Kong said: “Maps helped us save lives. After we used electronic maps to help us compile a life-saving logistics support plan for Guinea, I witnessed the 2014 Ebola epidemic in West Africa with my own eyes.”

When using the correct mapping function, staff can help avoid the spread of disease, find quarantined people, and provide them with drinking water, food and medical services.

msf hong kong started an operation soon after the COVID-19 outbreak started in the city in late January.

The challenge coordinator for MSF Chad? The emergency responders said: Having the proper map actually has a huge impact on our more efficient use of time and resources.

"We can set the program according to the confirmed village area and generate the schedule accordingly. With the correct map, our surveyors can of course navigate to the village and the selected home, making the work easier and faster. "
